How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply navigate to our Rentals Page to view our products, then contact us by phone at (604) 839-9641 or use the contact form below to let us know which items you're interested in renting and your event details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We'll provide payment instructions after confirming your rental details.
Where do I pick up my order?
We are located in Port Moody and store our games in a warehouse. We are able to meet up with you at a convenient location for pickup and drop off of your items.
When do I have to drop my rental off?
Rentals need to be returned by 10am the day following your rental. Pickup/drop off location will be coordinated with you after your booking.
Do you deliver?
Yes, given ample notice we can deliver directly to your event in the Greater Vancouver area! A typical delivery fee is $50 but will depend on where we are delivering to.
Why is there a security deposit?
We charge a security deposit to ensure you don't run away with our games! The deposit is charged through your payment method of choice, and is refunded back to you once the games are returned.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your rental will be fully refunded minus a $15 admin fee.
